The school has three main goals:

1. Educate students in men's and women's hair cutting, styling, perming and coloring, skin care, and various new techniques in the field of hair styling.
    
2. Prepare students for success through personal motivation with an understanding of the financial business management of the beauty profession.
    
3. Master the essential skills and procedures for successfully passing the State Board Examination, gaining licensure and beginning their journey to the top.

Cosmetology is a course study of ALL phases of the art and science related to good and safe grooming. Classes consist of both Theory and Practical or Clinic instruction.

In order to graduate and file for the State Board Exam each student must meet following requirements: (Click each one for details)

• Cosmetologist -1500 hours of documented legal hours of training of not less than twelve months or more than 20 months in the correct areas required by the State of Arkansas.
• Nail Technician - 600 hours of documented legal hours of training of not less than twelve months or more than 20 months in the correct areas required by the State of Arkansas.
• Cosmetology Instructor- 600 hour instructor (in addition to the Cosmetology Course above). Training Course of study to be completed in 5 months (maximum 10).
• To be certified you must complete all school examinations with a 75% or higher score, mock state board, school final exam.
